








“All photographs are accurate. None of them is the truth.” - Richard Avedon I have been fortunate to have grown up exposed to the many facets of art. In my travels through Portland and the surrounding areas, I often noticed it was the most realistic of statues that seemed out of place in its surroundings. Through an exercise in creativity, I am able to transport them to their natural habitats or enhance their glory without even moving them an inch. Inspired by the works of Harry Callahan and Daniella Zalcman, I have been able to adapt the traditional double exposure effect into Photoshop. While some are specific to the region of the Pacific Northwest, others are national legends that have made an impact on our ways of life.
